If you are not completely satisfied with your Modibodi garments, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original packaging with all hygiene seals intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene stickers remain attached as per our health safety guidelines.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
